Our pork comes from the commercial pig rearing unit operated by Plumpton College near Lewes in Sussex, as well as a couple of selected farms that rear outdoor stock.

Both our boned shoulder and rolled loin joints have just the right amount of fat under the skin to produce excellent crackling.

We make a wide range of hearty sausages here on the premises. Cambridge sausages, pork & leek, Mexican chilli, mustard, and hickory smoked to name just a few. We have both smoked and unsmoked bacon, gammon hams, black and also white puddings.

We stock a variety of cheeses and cold meats.
