Our lamb is sourced from the south east of England, from the South Downs therefore the stress involved in transportation is reduced to a minimum.
A full range of cuts are always available. Leg and shoulder joints ( either boned or on the bone ) for roasting. A wide variety of chops, and our lambs liver and kidneys are always popular with our customers.
Whole sides, and quarters, are a very economical way to purchase lamb when market prices dip. Your butcher can advise you on when it is a good time to buy in bulk if you wish to stock your freezer.
