We obtain our beef from a number of producers in Ireland, Scotland, and Devon in the south west of England. We only sell beef produced in the British Isles, and do not stock beef imported from outside of these islands.
All our beef is matured for a minimum of 21 days, and is fully traceable using the British standard tracing labelling system.
Larger joints are always available, so if you would like a large rump or sirloin joint with which to grace your dinner table here at Master Butchers we can readily provide it for you.
We stock a wide range of minced beef and steak burgers, and when the British weather allows we have a variety of tasty kebabs ready for popping on the barbeque. All are made here on the premises.
